A partnership with the CTCPA (technical centre for the conservation of food products) brings the competences in microbiology and agri-food, ensuring the quality and effectiveness of the Pulsed Light process. The CTCPA Paris has helped us to obtain the agreement from AFSSA (Agence Française de Sécurité Sanitaire des Aliments) for food decontamination in the industry of backery products.
