Condiments

Montena has installed pulsed light systems in the foodstuff industry, for various types of food products such as bread, pastries, condiments, etc... Our engineers design the equipment to be integrated in existing or new manufacturing lines, with optimal performances. Each equipment consists of :

A control cabinet containing the high voltage generator, the capacitors, electronic switches to master charges and discharges
An enclosure with discharge lamps and the area for product treatment
A cooling device (ventilation) for the lamps
Input and output conveyors interfacing with the rest of the assembly line

The equipment on the right side is developed for a process line for condiments treatment.
