Field sensors

Ground plane field sensors

These derivative field sensors are designed for the measurement of fast pulsed electric or magnetic fields, especially for the MIL-STD-461 RS105 immunity tests. They can be directly connected to a fast oscilloscope through a passive integrator that we also propose as an option. These sensors can also be used for the precise control of the field inside TEM and GTEM cells.

Free space field sensors

For the measurement in free space, a free space field sensor is necessary. We propose a range of derivative magnetic and electric field sensors up to 10 GHz. They consist of a derivative sensor (B-dot or D-dot) and a balun. For a correct measurement without perturbation of the field, a fibre optic link is recommended.
